Reports are emailed immediately on site unless there is poor internet reception.
The average inspection time is about 2.5 hours, not including the time it takes to discuss our findings at the end of the inspection. Factors affecting time include: 1) General condition of the house, 2) Impedimentarily furnished houses, 3) Number of loquacious attendees.
Why, yes, you should. We have been in the home inspection business since 1999, and have one of the most extensive backgrounds and education in residential design and construction of any other inspection firms in Virginia.
Based upon square footage, our average fee is $400. Smaller houses cost less and larger houses cost more. If there are additional buildings to be inspected, an additional fee is added thereto.

We encourage the use of Zelle and Venmo, and also accept CashApp, checks and good old-fashioned cash. If you prefer to use a credit card, there is a 3.6% additional fee added to the inspection fee.
